Project Overview
Embassy 247 at Gandhi Nagar, Vikhroli West is a fully occupied Grade-A commercial building in Mumbai's JVLR corridor. Fine Glaze is currently executing a full facade glass replacement programme for Embassy REIT — one of India's largest REIT operators. The primary challenge is replacing aged facade glass panel by panel without disrupting the building's thousands of daily occupants. Fine Glaze designed and implemented a phased floor-by-floor replacement methodology with internal protective screening and off-hours installation, ensuring continuous occupancy throughout the project duration.
The Challenge
Replacing facade glass on an occupied multi-floor Grade-A commercial building in central Mumbai without disrupting office operations, tenant access, or building aesthetics — while maintaining Embassy REIT's strict quality standards.
Outcome
Work is currently ongoing. Embassy REIT awarded Fine Glaze their 'Best Performance Vendor 2024' award — the first time a facade contractor received this recognition — in acknowledgement of Fine Glaze's execution quality and on-site professionalism.
