Project Overview
Embassy Techzone in Hinjewadi is one of Pune's premier IT park destinations. Fine Glaze was engaged for an ongoing facade maintenance scope covering inspection, glass replacement, silicone sealant renewal, and waterproofing of the building envelope across multiple towers. The scope required a systematic inspection methodology with documented findings for each elevation before works commenced — a professional AMC approach that Embassy Group now uses as their standard for other assets.
The Challenge
Developing a structured, documentable facade inspection and maintenance protocol for a large multi-tower IT campus where different facades had varying ages and defect profiles.
Outcome
Completed full inspection and first-phase maintenance works across all towers within the contract period. Embassy Group have extended the maintenance scope for a second year.
