Project Overview
Jindal House at Balkeshwar 32 is a luxury residential bungalow project demanding premium quality railing systems across internal staircases and external terrace areas. Fine Glaze supplied and installed structural glass balustrades with brushed SS handrails, providing the open, uninterrupted sight lines the design architect had specified. Every installation point was independently signed off by the structural consultant for load compliance.

Achieving the architect's frameless glass aesthetic while meeting structural load requirements for both staircase and elevated terrace railing applications.
Outcome
Client handover completed with full architect and structural consultant sign-off. The project has been showcased in the developer's portfolio.
