Project Overview
The LTIMindtree Mensa Campus in Mahape required a large-scale facade solution that could match the client's premium corporate identity while withstanding Navi Mumbai's humid coastal environment. Fine Glaze executed full ACP cladding and structural silicone glazing across multiple building blocks within a tight construction programme. The project demanded precision coordination with the main contractor to maintain the structural timeline, with all facade panels shop-fabricated for quality control before site installation.

Outcome
Delivered on schedule with zero reported defects at handover. The campus has since become a flagship corporate facility for LTIMindtree in the Mumbai region.
