Project Overview
Nirmaann Estrellaa is a mid-rise residential development in Pune where Fine Glaze executed a full-scope facade package covering aluminium windows, architectural louvre panels, and stainless steel glass railings across all towers. The project was awarded on a single-vendor basis to ensure design consistency across all facade elements — a model that allowed faster coordination between the window, louvre, and railing programmes.
The Challenge
Coordinating three different facade systems across multiple residential towers under a unified delivery schedule without interface clashes between scopes.
Outcome
All three facade scopes completed within the client's master fit-out timeline. Nirmaann Developers have continued to engage Fine Glaze for subsequent projects.
