SSG Honesty
Project Overview
SSG Honesty is a modern mid-rise residential complex in Panvel that required a complete facade envelope covering structural glazing, stick-system curtain wall, and ACP cladding panels. Fine Glaze designed and executed the integrated facade package to deliver a contemporary glass-dominant look with ACP accent banding. The project was completed during post-pandemic material constraints which required active supply chain management to keep the programme on track.
The Challenge
Managing material procurement and delivery across three separate facade systems during a period of significant supply chain disruption without delaying handover commitments.
Outcome
Full facade handover completed within the agreed programme. The building's glass-dominant elevation has been used in SSG Group's marketing materials since completion.
